Our Story

Our Story: Small School, Big Impact

North Texas Collegiate Academy was founded on a bold belief: that every child — regardless of their circumstances — deserves a world-class education and the full support they need to reach their potential. We are a free, college-preparatory charter school serving Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade in Denton, TX.

We are small schools that make a big impact. By blending award-winning academics with wraparound family supports — all provided at no charge — we meet students and families where they are. Free meals, free transportation, free counseling, free school supplies, free housing supports, and more are not extras at NTxCA; they are essentials we are proud to provide.

Our mission, Love first; teach second, guides everything we do. When students know they are cared for, respected, and safe, they show up ready to learn — and that is when real growth happens.
